Create a free account, then add your first recipe — import from any website URL, or type it in manually. From there you can plan meals for the week, generate grocery lists, and track what’s in your pantry. Everything syncs to your account automatically.

Premium access is tied to your PrepWell account. Simply sign in with the same email or Google account you used when purchasing, and your Premium features will be restored automatically on any device.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription inside the app. Cancellation stops future charges; your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests within 14 days of a billing date can be sent to our support email below.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your recipes, meal plans, pantry, grocery lists, macro logs, and account record. It cannot be undone.

Recipe import works best with well-known recipe websites. If an import misses ingredients or steps, edit the imported recipe before saving — you can always fix names, quantities, and directions manually. Low-confidence imports are flagged for your review before saving.

Make sure you’re signed in with the same account on both devices and that you have an internet connection. Pull down to refresh on the Home screen. If data still doesn’t appear, sign out and sign back in — your data is stored safely on our servers and won’t be lost.
